Virtual Assistants (VAs) are independent contractors who provide business services to multiple clients. As self-employed professionals, we work from a home office using our own equipment.
When you hire a Virtual Assistant, you pay only for the time and services you need. There are no overhead costs, taxes, paid benefits, training, or downtime like there would be if you hired a full-time employee.

If you are a small business retailer needing an online shopping cart, we can develop e-commerce solutions that will allow you to offer your products or services to a larger audience. During our initial consultation, we will discuss your needs and determine how you prefer to communicate with us. We work virtually using many different tools including e-mail, Zoom, Slack, and telephone. Not a techie? Not a problem!
Ideally, all forms of contact are answered within 24 business hours of being received.
Invoices are emailed at the first of the month for the previous month’s work, or upon completion of your project. Invoices are due within 15 days and are subject to late fees.
Standard website projects require a payment of 50% of the project’s total price before the project work begins. The balance will be due upon completion of your project and before the final project files and the keys to your new kingdom are delivered.
Customized website projects will require payment of one-third of the project’s total price before the project work begins, one-third at the half-way mark, and the final one-third upon completion of your project and before the final project files are delivered.
Credit cards are accepted through a link provided on invoices.
A 14-day written notice is all that is required.
